We deliver wedding dresses throughout Ukraine and internationally.
Dresses are carefully packed in a branded garment bag and box to arrive in perfect condition. Shipping is made only after full prepayment. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Please note: for international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees in the destination country.

Can I order a wedding dress online if I can’t visit the salon?
Yes! We specialize in online orders. You’ll receive full support from a stylist, measurement instructions, and personalized model recommendations.
What if the dress doesn’t fit?
We tailor dresses to your exact measurements, so the fit is typically very precise. If minor adjustments are needed, they can be easily done at any local atelier.
Can I return or exchange the dress?
Custom-made dresses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, we stay in touch throughout the process and do everything to ensure you're fully satisfied with the result.
How long does it take to make a dress?
The standard production time is 4–8 weeks, depending on the model. Some dresses are in stock and can be shipped immediately.
How do I take my measurements correctly?
We provide a detailed photo guide and can assist you via video or online call if needed. It’s best to take measurements with someone’s help.
How can I be sure the dress will be high quality?
We work only with trusted brands and fabrics, and we have dozens of happy brides around the world. You’ll receive photos/videos of your dress before it’s shipped.
Can I get photos of my dress before it’s shipped?
Yes, we always send final photos or a video so you can see your finished dress before shipping.
Will the dress wrinkle during shipping?
We carefully pack every dress in a branded garment bag and box to protect it during transit. Once received, simply hang the dress or lightly steam it if needed.
Can I request design changes to the dress?
Yes, in most cases we can customize the model — add/remove sleeves, change the neckline depth, train length, etc. Just message us!
How much is international shipping?
It depends on your country and the courier service. We calculate shipping individually — the estimated cost ranges from $40 to $120.
